CorporateChoice collects non-personally-identifying information including - but not limited to - browser type, language preference, referring site, pages visited, and time spent on site. Our purpose for collecting this information is to better understand how our visitors use our website. CorporateChoice reserves the right to release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate. CorporateChoice also collects potentially personally-identifying information, including but not limited to Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. CorporateChoice does not use this information to identify its visitors and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.
Certain visitors to the CorporateChoice website choose to interact with CorporateChoice in ways that require CorporateChoice to gather personally identifying information. The amount and type of information that CorporateChoice gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who submit an email enquiry form to provide a contact name and email address. In each case, CorporateChoice collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the visitor's interaction with CorporateChoice. CorporateChoice does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below, and visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
CorporateChoice may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its website. CorporateChoice may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, CorporateChoice does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
CorporateChoice discloses potentially personally-identifying information only to its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that (i) need to know that information to process it on CorporateChoice's behalf, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organisations may be located outside of your home country; by using the CorporateChoice website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. CorporateChoice will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations, as described above, CorporateChoice discloses potentially personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law or when CorporateChoice believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of CorporateChoice, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of the CorporateChoice website and have supplied your email address, CorporateChoice may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new services, solicit your feedback, or keep you up to date with what's going on with CorporateChoice and our services. If you send us a request (for example, via a support email or one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish this request to aid us in clarifying or responding to your request or help us support other users. CorporateChoice takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorised access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying information.
Although most changes are likely to be minor, CorporateChoice may change its Privacy Policy from time to time and at CorporateChoice's sole discretion. CorporateChoice encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
